Extending and Expanding Our Partnership with QIC

People First Fire are extending and expanding our partnership with QIC. Off the back of our strong relationship with QIC since 2016, our partnership has been extended for another five years and will now incorporate the Queensland portfolio of retail real estate assets into the remainder of the national portfolio.

For the past five years, we have been providing emergency management consulting and other services including emergency plans, procedures and guidelines, emergency evacuation training, hot fire training, and evacuation diagrams for QIC’s retail assets across their Victorian and New South Wales portfolios. PFF will now provide the same services for their Queensland retail portfolio which include some of the state’s major retail precincts.

One of the challenges QIC faced was having professional trainers deliver consistent training nationally. PFF helped them overcome this issue by providing a team of highly skilled professionals who were able to deliver consistent, high-quality training. Another challenge was having an efficient admin and back-of-house support system. We were able to help QIC by automating their compliance dashboard, which streamlined their processes and saved time.

We are excited to be extending, and expanding on our partnership with QIC, and are looking forward to continuing to provide them with professional emergency management consulting and services.
